Dear seniors and senior families,
I am contacting you regarding information about turning in senior photos for the yearbook.
1. Pictures are due by Friday, December 15th, 2023. Turning them in earlier than that is encouraged. They can be submitted by emailing them to me (cohoonr@charleston.k12.il.us).
2. If you would like to submit a photo after that date, you can do so for a $10 fee.
3. The preferred file type is JPEG (.jpg). If the file you have is something else, we will get back to you if it does not work.
4. Please send a digital copy of the photo, and not a scanned in version. There is no specific size requirement. In the subject line of the e-mail, please include your senior’s name. For example, “Bob Smith Senior Portrait.”
5. The photo does not have to be a headshot.
6. Information about ordering yearbooks and Senior Salutes (The advertisement type messages) will be coming at a later date.
