Mrs. Neal’s Advanced Foods courses had some surprise judges for their Hamburger Throw Down Competition today. Students were given only 30 minutes to cook and assemble their culinary creations. They were judged on their Plating Abilities, Creativity, and Overall Flavor Profile. The winning burgers were a Spicy Pepperoni and Bacon burger from 2nd hour, and a Stuffed Bacon and Cheese burger from 3rd hour.

The CHS Interact Club is proud to welcome back Mustache March! Nine teachers are raising money for a local family battling cancer. Any teacher who raises over $500 will keep their mustache through April. Donations may be dropped off at the CHS main office; checks should be made out to CHS Interact Club, and you can vote for the teacher in the memo line. Jostens will be here on Tuesday, February 25, from 8:00 until 1:00 in the CHS cafeteria to deliver graduation announcements, tankards and caps/gowns. All balances must be paid in order to pick up your purchases. The incorrect date was previous posted.

From Trojan Booster Club: Congratulations CHS Boys’ Swimming! Josh Ho qualified for state in the 100-free and broke school records in the 100- and 50-free. The relay team broke their own school records in both the 200-medley and 200-free.
