· Picture Retake Day for CHS will be Friday, October 2nd from 8 am to 10 am on the South
Balcony in Baker Gym. We will begin calling students who were absent in August at the beginning of first period followed by retakes by grade.
· There will be a meeting in Mr. Hudson’s room on Tuesday, September 29th during WIN for anyone interested in Math ACT prep.
· A representative from Grand Canyon University will be here during WIN TODAY in the Cafeteria
· A representative from Greenville University will be here during WIN on Wednesday, September 30th.
· The CHS Cheer team has openings on their JV Cheer Team! If you're interested, please see Mrs. Snoddy or email her for more information and a tryout packet. Tryouts will be held on Monday, September 28th at Phoenix Elite from 6-8:30 p.m. Tryout Packet permission forms are due back prior to trying out to Mrs. Snoddy by 6 p.m. on tryout day.
· Discovery Day is scheduled for Thursday, October 22. Many industry partners from the community will join us to share about careers in their respective fields. Tomorrow, during all 2nd hour classes, students will have the opportunity to register for four different sessions. Please be sure to have your laptops with you as you will be using SchooLinks to register. You will also receive an email this evening with more information in case you choose to register early.
· Attention Senior Girls- The P.E.O Star Scholarship packets must be completed and returned to the Guidance Office by the end of this school day!
