· The CHS Interact Club is collecting book donations for their Little Free Library Houses around Charleston. If you’d like to donate, please bring books to Ms. Scamihorn’s room, RM 412. Every book makes a difference!
· Students, please check your emails “other” folder or search “Ironman” or “Powderpuff” for the email sign up. TODAY is the last day to sign up. There will be NO late sign-ups. If you have any questions, see Ms. Keeton.
· Reminder that guest passes are in the office! They are due September 23rd. Late guest passes will NOT be accepted, and secretaries will NOT fax them to other schools.
· Homecoming tickets go on sale on MONDAY! They are $10 per person! They will be on sale at LUNCH ONLY! Freshman will purchase their tickets in the cafeteria while upperclassman will get theirs inside the student parking lot doors. If you are having trouble being able to purchase a ticket, please see Ms. Keeton or Ms. Brimner.
· The Charleston Rotary Club is now accepting applications from students to be Rotary Youth Exchange students for the 2027-2028 school year. See Ms. Scamihorn in room 412 by September 25th if you are interested or have any questions.
· Like D&D? Board Games? Card Games? Or maybe you’ve never played any of them and want to try something new? Come check out Tabletop Club! There will be a quick informational meeting after school on Monday, September 21 in Room 312. They will discuss what they are planning for the club, what kinds of games you can play and how you can get involved. No experience needed! Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend, roll some dice and come see what Tabletop Club is all about!
· Tickets for the Coles County Clash are officially for sale in the front office. Reminder students, if you are interested in attending the game you MUST purchase a ticket. Tickets are $5 each.
