Announcements for Monday, May 4th, 2026

  • Girls Softball with be hosting Colon Cancer Awareness "Care Game" for this Friday’s matchup against Mahomet.

    • We are really looking forward to using this game to spread awareness for a great cause.

    • We encourage everyone that comes to wear blue to raise awareness and support!

 

  • We will plan to do the cap and gown walk through next Friday, May 8th around 11:00.  Seniors can meet at the front office of Mark Twain at 11:00. 

 

  • The last day to check out books from the Media Center is tomorrow May 5th. Seniors, all your library items are due by May 8th. Freshmen through Juniors, all your library items are due by May 21st. Log in to your SHARE account to see what items you have checked out and what fines you must pay. 

 

  • There will be a 10-minute meeting at the beginning of WIN A for all new cheerleaders in the Media Center MC2. Cheerleaders that will be seniors will need to stay after for their senior meeting.

 

  • Attention fashion lovers and last-minute shoppers, the Thread N’ Gold clothing room is closing up shop on Thursday May 7th. We’ve got summer clothes waiting for a new home and they would really prefer not to spend the summer in room 107. Come down to the clothing room in the basement, fill out a request card, and drop it into our mailbox. Thanks for a great school year and we hope you have an awesome summer.

 

  • Seniors, you are required to complete the Senior Year-End Activity in SchooLinks by Friday, May 8. Once in SchooLinks, the survey can be found on the student dashboard under your To-Do List in the "Due in 4 Weeks" section. If you have questions, please see Mrs. Niebrugge

 

  • Trojets Dance Tryouts and Clinic Information!

    • Clinic: Monday in the cafeteria

    • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday in the auditorium 

    • Tryouts: May 8, 2026, 5-7pm in baker gym

    •  Parade will start at 5:30pm - Passing of the Trojan Spirit and Senior Sunset will follow at Trojan Hill.
