    • Vaping nicotine is sometimes viewed as safer than cigarette smoking, and this isn’t true!

    •  Vapes use nicotine salts, which make it easier to inhale high levels of nicotine without the burn. This can lead to quicker addiction and greater risks to the lungs, mouth, and throat!

    • Don’t let drugs send you to the upside down, fight the pressure to start vaping! Come see Hour House Prevention Specialist Olivia Jenkins today during lunch in the lunchroom to answer some Jeopardy questions and have a chance to win some candy!

    • Chalk the Walk will be at 11:30am today!

  • Today’s quote is "Treat everyone with kindness and respect, even those who are rude to you- not because they are nice, but because you are.”
