Good morning CHS!

·         Prom tickets are on sale today for $20 and sold at lunch. There will be no at the door ticket sales. If you are unable to purchase a ticket, see Ms. Keeton or Ms. Brimner with questions.

·         Blossom into spring fashion by shopping with us in the Thread-n-Gold! We have your spring and summer needs like shorts, tank tops, dresses, hats, and more.  We also have lots of men shirts for the upcoming prom and something for the ladies too. We are in room 107 in the basement. And remember, everything is FREE. See you soon!

·         The Kristin Runyon ASE Scholarship applications are now available on the guidance website. These are 3 scholarships for $500 each. Applications are due back to the Guidance Office by Friday, May 2nd.

·         This week is National Prevention Week! Did you know that a National Academy of Medicine report found that teens that use e-cigarettes and vapes are more likely to also smoke cigarettes in the future? Nicotine is addictive and damaging to all parts of your body and brain. Don’t join the pack and keep your body nicotine free! During lunch period today, visit Prevention Specialist Olivia Jenkins to play a game and have a chance to win some candy!

·         All internship placements for next year are due tomorrow.  Please see the email from Mrs. Niebrugge that was sent last week.  All remaining paperwork, which is completed in SchooLinks, is due no late than May 23.

·         Please check your school email on a daily basis for emails from guidance regarding schedules for next year.

·         Attention CHS Football Players and those potentially interested in playing next fall. There will be a meeting tomorrow at 8:15am in the CHS Auditorium.

·         The last day for Freshman through juniors to check out books from the media center is May 8th. All senior books are due back by May 9th.

·         Seniors, CHS press will be taking Decision Day pictures during English classes today in the media center. Be sure to wear apparel that represents your college or your career plans after high school.

·         Fellowship of Christian Athletes meets today during WIN B in room 213B, we’d love to see you there!
