Sixteen-year-olds, however, need a permission slip signed from the front office. Scan the QR code on any sign or the back of your permission slip to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are not excepted so sign up soon. The Blood drive is from 8:00am to 1:00pm in Baker gymnasium, local supplies are critically low so please consider donating.
