The Charleston Area Chamber of Commerce honored local heroes at its annual dinner event on Saturday at EIU. Along with law enforcement, fire fighter, and health care representatives, CUSD #1's Marilyn Ferguson and Angel Warman (front and center) carried the torch for all in the educational profession at the event.
