The Coles County Health Department will be holding COVID-19 vaccine clinics for children 5 - 11 years old.
The first clinic is on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Williams Elementary School in Mattoon from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please use the links below for registration:

- Mattoon second clinic (6 Dec)
- Registration for second doses will be made active after the first dose clinics are complete.
November 18, 2021 will be a first dose clinic at Charleston’s Carl Sandburg School vaccine clinic for children 5 years old to 11 years old. The time will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The links below are for registration:
