Mrs. Ball and Ms. Beabout's 6th grade classes went to Fox Ridge to plant plants for pollinators for Earth Day on April 21st. All the students had a great time planting the plants even though they got a little muddy.
These Jefferson students participated in a Social Studies Explorer club this quarter at EIU working with Dr. Bonnie Laughlin-Schultz and her Pre-service Social Studies teachers.

JES World Drumming Club is performing one song with the Coles County Barbershop Chorus on Sunday Dec 5 at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. The afternoon concert will be at the First Presbyterian Church of Mattoon and the evening concert will be at the Wesley Methodist in Charleston.
