Our CMS Motto is “Lead with courage and inspire with kindness.”

Proactive leaders focus their time and energy on their Circle of Control-things we can directly affect.

For today’s motto moment, let’s ask ourselves, “What are some things we want to focus our time and energy on today?”

Have a Terrific Tuesday!
