Project H.E.L.P. Preschool Round Up

It's time to start thinking about PRESCHOOL for the upcoming school year
for your child! To find out what preschool options are available in your
community, please schedule an appointment to have your child screened. (This is for any child currently age five or under.)


Each year, Project H.E.L.P. and the Charleston School District offer free
developmental screenings to provide parents the opportunity to discover
how their child is developing in the areas of speech, language, concepts
and motor skills. Vision and hearing screenings will also be provided, free of
charge!!


When:  Tuesday March 24th                         

             Wednesday March 25th 

             Thursday March 26th
            

Where:  Home Church                                   

              2350 Madison Ave.

* There will be an additional screening date on Tuesday March 31st at the Ashmore Community Center (211 S Illinois St. Ashmore, IL  61912)
                                       

For an appointment on the 24th,25th, or 26th at the Home Church location, please call 348-7700, ext. 1244.

For an appointment on the 31st at the Ashmore Community Center location, please call Ashmore Elementary School at 349-3006.

* * Signed parent /guardian permission is required!

* * Screenings are required for possible enrollment in the Project H.E.L.P. preschool classroom.

* * Kindergarten bound children will need a certified copy of their birth certificate, a physical with immunization records, and a lead screening. Dental and vision exams will be accepted, if available.
