Mark Twain's Lost and Found is filling up! Photos of the items are labeled with numbers to help identify belongings. If you recognize something that belongs to your child, please reference the item number and let the office or your child's teacher know. Once confirmed, items will be sent home with your child in their book bag. Thank you for helping us reunite these items with their owners!

School pictures were today and will be up for your viewing and ordering in the next couple days. Please see the attachment for directions on how to view and order. You will need to know your child's ID number, which can be found on the "student info" tab on skyward. The ID is listed beside "Other ID" Picture retakes are October 1. If you want your child to have their picture retaken, you will need to contact his/her teacher.

Each week teachers at Mark Twain pick 3 students as our "Star Students" of the week. These students are chosen based on their leadership skills and for exhibiting one of the 7 habits. Star students are announced over the announcements, they are highlighted on our website, and their picture is hung up in the hallway for the week. Mrs. Titus also visits the home and leaves a yard sign in the child's yard for the week. After their week is up, their picture in hung on our "wall of fame" for the year. Check our website each week to see our newest start students!

We will be tie dying our Leader in Me shirts in September and they will be sent home with students once they are ready!

Mark Twain's office closes for the summer at 3pm, Monday and while you can still complete First Step Registration after Monday our response back to you will be delayed.
