For your application to be considered, it must include:
- completed online application
- signed the Disclosure and Authorization form regarding background investigation
- signed the Acknowledgement of Mandated Reporter Status form
The online application consists of multiple steps and may take you approximately 15 minutes to complete, but you can stop at any time, without losing any work and complete the application at a different time, even on a different day.
Your application will be considered "in process" until you complete it. The school district will have the ability to view it, even if you do not complete it.
